A
note from Martina Franz, the new owner of Little
Lady's Treasure:
In December, 2005,
my husband decided to give me a crazy Christmas
present, a TWH Filly. We contacted Maryan Zyderveld.
She fortunately had a filly to sell, and she sent me
a few pictures of her.
It wasn’t possible
for us to drive to the Netherlands in order to take
a look at the horse but we had already visited the
Zydervelds in 2004 to see the stallions, so I
trusted the breeder and we bought Treasure unseen.
On Jan 25th, 2006, Little Lady's Treasure moved into
her new stable without any problems.
While we were
changing a few things in the stable the next day,
she stood fearless next to the drill and watched us.
Little Lady’s Treasure matches the breeding
description exactly: she has strong nerves, loves
humans, is courageous and pleased with anyone who
visits in order to caress her.
In our little herd
of two geldings and two mares, she is the new
darling of the leader, to whom she flees whenever
another horse threatens her. Within minutes she
shows all gaits, from walk, trot, amble to rack and
canter. Should she continue to develop at she does,
she should become a good riding horse. We have a lot
of fun with her.
